Each small group/clique features one of our     specialty classes such as: R.I.P.P.E.D., Insanity, Piyo,  and Turbo kick. Cliques are 6 week small group accountability programs. IP instructors are certified and experienced . Each clique provides:

  • Accountability: not your typical  "drop in" studio
  • Fun fat blasting workouts in a small group of 7 or less
  • Basic health assessments
  • Support system
  • Team-work: no slack
  • Motivational instructor for better workouts
